Refund and Returns
Your satisfaction is our priority at Tenoh8 Store.
Goods delivered in good condition can not be returned. However, we gladly accept returns within 3 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, subject to the following conditions:
RETURN AND REFUND
- All deliveries must have been inspected at the point of collection and the delivery person duly informed.
- Items must be sent back immediately via the same delivery channel.
- To initiate a return, please contact us at [email protected] or +2348065457012 with your order number, reason for return, evidence of broken or damaged goods within 24 hours of delivery.
- We will provide you with instructions on how to package and ship the item back to us.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will refund within 7 business days. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable [unless the return is due to a defective product or an error on our part].
EXCHANGE
- If it’s an exchange, it takes between 1 day and 10 days, depending on the availability of the product
- If for exchange, we will cover the delivery as long as the product was sent back immediately it was received.
